Booth 1 - Stainless steel, 16,000 C.F.M, EPA spray booth with up to 24 automatic guns on oscillating arms with computer control triggering and movement to maintain a perfect coating every time. This booth is also setup to handle up to 8 manual painters for unique coating requirments. This booth also has full reclaim modules.

Booth 2 - Stainless steel, 10,000 C.F.M, EPA spray booth with up to 4 manual coaters. This booth allows for quick color changes and spray to waste filtration system for shorter run processes.

Booth 3 - This 3,000 C.F.M. manual powder booth is used for samples and quality control inspection.

2 Ovens - Our dry off and bake ovens are fully separated and have dedicated controls so we can accommodate unique requirements and maintain the highest quality. One oven does not affect the other. Each oven is controlled by Honeywell digital controls which hold the temperatures at  + or - 1 Degree
